This is a great general healing to address several issues in one session. It opens all your energy centres, or chakras, and allows the free movement of energy through the centres for optimal well-being on all levels. This has been shown to improve sleep patterns, release anxiety and tension, accelerate healing after surgery or during chemotherapy, and increase feelings of peace and positivity.  This could be done weekly, biweekly, monthly or whenever you are in need of an energetic tune up.
