I offer intuitive Energy Medicine Sessions, Spirit Journeys, Meditations, Sacred Tools, Plant Spirit Healing, and Teachings/Workshops, which will allow for peace and light to flow into your life.
My life changed when I met Yogrishi Vishvketu in 1992, of Akhanda Yoga, formerly World Conscious Yoga Family. Under his competent guidance, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with an emphasis on authentic and holistic teachings of mantra, pranayama, meditation, kriyas, bandas and building balanced yoga classes. During this program I was introduced to subtle energy and the power of Energy Medicine and so began my passion for this practice.
After I pursued Reiki trainings, my first experience with subtle healing energy, I have since worked and continue to work with teachers, healers, Shamans, Medicine people and mystics over the globe to fine tune and continually develop my skills and master my Inner Self.

At La Vie Executive Health, I’ve worked alongside medical professionals to support patients’ physical, mental, and emotional healing through energy-based practices. I was also honored to be invited to consult during the early stages of The Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation’s Maplesoft-GumDocs Centre. In partnership with The Candlelighters Foundation, I’ve had the privilege of speaking with cancer patients and their caregivers, sharing how Qigong and Energy Medicine can support healing and enhance quality of life during challenging times.
I also share my passion by bringing people together through teachings, Circles, Ceremonies, and workshops that foster connection, healing, and community. These offerings have included Native American and Shamanic drum-making ceremonies, Shamanic teachings with various elders and guides, Plant Spirit Medicine ceremonies, Drumming Circles, Reiki shares, Community Mesa gatherings, and immersive retreats.
Each experience is rooted in a deep love, respect, and gratitude for Mother Earth—and in honoring the sacredness of all life.
I continue to deepen my own Inner practice so that I may be a better facilitator and Sacred container for all those who seek my assistance.
