Exploring the emotion of fear from a Shamanic and Ayurvedic view, we will discuss why fear and anxiety emerge, along with practical support and tools to ground our emotional state.
In this four-week series we’ll take a deep dive into fear from a holistic perspective, incorporating Ayurvedic techniques such as breath, sounds, mantra, Vedic water ritual for ancestral healing and lifestyle approaches. This shadow emotion will be explored further through Shamanic journeying; working directly in the root chakra to clear energetic blockages; healing various timelines of fear throughout our lives; clearing ancestral bloodlines of fear; and connecting with a version of our self that remains in a state of peace and grace.
