My Message to you

Thank you for visiting my site, it’s an honour that you found your way here. My purpose is to help you remember your Sacredness and connection to Spirit.

I believe we all have an innate ability to heal ourselves and live as the best version of ourselves, however we have just forgotten how to realize this potential.

I have been practicing Energy Medicine and working with various Spirit tools for almost twenty years. Through a combination of Eastern wisdom, yoga, meditation, mantra, Ayurveda, Reiki, Algonquin Shamanic training, Peruvian and cross-cultural Shamanic training, Energy Medicine, Spirit Journeys, and Ceremonies, I have spent this time remembering… remembering my Sacredness.

Using these practices, I facilitate customized healing sessions to address all layers of one’s Being. Let’s transcend Spirit together.
